We designed our proprietary technology, lodging concepts, and amenities to provide substantial advantages to airlines while delivering an unparalleled experience for our crew members. Our facilities are built with foam insulation walls, floors, and ceilings to eliminate sound carry through from other floors or other hangars.

We do not have rooms, we have Hangars, they offer all the comforts of modern day living with a touch of vintage aviation. Each hangar is designed to have the highest quality beds, 4 options of pillow types(on request), true blackout window treatments for those day sleepers, and white noise machine with several sleep option sounds. The mounted 65" flat screen televisions, writing tables and chair, lounging chair, and complimentary high speed internet Wi-Fi service add to your comfort. Security is our primary concern.
CCTV cameras are in use in and outside of our properties complemented by our security staff. No outsiders are allowed on the property without being fully vetted. Crew guests are permitted as long as they are accompanied or authorized by a crew member.

- Mr. Polo was born in Dallas, Texas to Italian immigrant parents who owned hotels in Havana Cuba from the 1930’s to the late 1950’s. He speaks fluent Italian and Spanish and attended military school earning a bachelor’s degree in Aviation and Aerospace prior to serving in the military. He is an experienced commercial pilot and has a deep knowledge of the travel industry. After serving almost a decade at the world’s largest airline in hotel accommodations and ground transportation for airline crew members. In 2001 he became CEO of Allied Airbus, an exclusive ground transportation company for airline crew members. This company under his guidance grew to 21 cities across the United States eventually selling his interest to focus on a new challenge however he still remains as a consultant to multiple airlines and transportation companies across the United States and oversees over 1.5 million dollars a month in gross revenue billing to the airlines. Mr. Polo is now embarking on an exciting new venture with Aviation Lodging Group to build an exclusive solution for airline crew housing.

- Mr. Carrasquillo a native of Puerto Rico lived most of his life in Knoxville, Tennessee due to a family relocation in his youth. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Haslam College of Business both at the University of Tennessee. He began his hotel management career with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in a Front Office leadership capacity. In his over 25-year career in hospitality he has lived in six states and over ten cities from coast to coast. In the last 10-years, his career has been tightly related with Marriott International in both franchise and managed by Marriott on-property senior leadership roles. Aviation Lodging is the culmination of a quest to explore how lodging concepts could be tailored to serve single point needs in innovative and creative ways.

- Mr. Thomas is a seasoned business leader with over 36 years of professional experience, including three decades of executive-level leadership across global and franchise-based organizations. As the former President and CEO of Urban Air Adventure Parks under Unleashed Brands, he played a pivotal role in scaling the brand into one of the most recognized names in family entertainment, leveraging deep operational insight and a robust franchise development strategy. Prior to his work at Urban Air, Jay held leadership roles with industry giants such as Six Flags, where he helped drive innovation and licensing partnerships across a portfolio of entertainment properties. His expertise spans multi-unit operations, consumer experience design, and strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and franchise systems. Jay’s strategic approach is marked by his ability to navigate complex business environments, build scalable infrastructure, and deliver sustained growth. He is widely respected for his collaborative leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and dedication to operational excellence.

- Mr. Pastuch has over 40 years’ experience in the financial services sector. For the past 10 years, he has run his own firm Connect Capital, Inc. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director, Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Pastuch was in charge of the entire insurance division. He was responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy for this start-up division. Mr. Pastuch is now a principal at Aviation Lodging group and oversees our venture capitalist and investment groups.

- Daniel Rotenberg has been involved in investment real estate for over 36+ years. Mr. Rotenberg was a principal in over $1.5 Billion of investment properties, notes/mortgage purchases, rental properties and condominium development, including deals in Las Vegas, Nevada; San Francisco, California; Miami’s South Beach, Miami Beach, Orlando, Tampa and Coral Springs, Florida. Mr. Rotenberg has been a founding partner in numerous real estate investment companies including Beach Hill Capital & Development. Mr. Rotenberg is now a leading principal at Aviation Lodging groups real estate acquisitions and development.

- Mr. Sheaks has 25 years in hospitality with over 20 years of franchise development for all Choice hotel brands as Director of Franchise Development. He was also responsible for Ascend Collection, the soft branding platform for boutique & upscale independent hotels, his scope of responsibility included market trend and site identification, lending consulting, new construction, and development, as well as brand market sales. Mr. Sheaks has also had a great success as the developer, owner, and principal partner of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Glen Rose, TX. Since his retirement Mr. Sheaks has joined Aviation Lodging Group as Chief Development Officer and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
